Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope

These T&Cs apply to all services provided by AMD German Center, in particular:

  • Day tours, car rental, airport transfers, package tours (service provider)
  • Referral/mediation of travel and health insurance via an online link
  • Customers worldwide may book, request, or ask for offers.

2. Contract Formation

  • Services as a provider: A contract is formed upon booking confirmation.
  • Insurance: The insurance contract is concluded directly with the insurer. AMD German Center only provides the link.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices include taxes, in the stated currency
  • Payment by bank transfer, WHISH, or cash
  • Payment for services is due before the start of the trip/service

4. Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refunds

4.1 Service provider (tours, transfers, car rental, package tours)

  • Customer cancellations: refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the booked service.
  • AMD German Center may charge processing/handling fees where applicable.
  • Cancellation by AMD German Center: refunds only up to the amount actually paid for third-party services.

4.2 Insurance referral

  • Refunds are governed exclusively by the insurer’s terms and conditions.
  • AMD German Center is not liable for premiums or benefits provided by insurers.

5. Liability

  • AMD German Center is liable for intent and gross negligence.
  • No liability for third-party providers (hotels, airlines, insurers, car rental companies).
  • Damages due to force majeure, strikes, natural events or political events are excluded.

6. Customer Obligations

  • Customers must provide correct and complete information.
  • Travel documents, visas and insurance must be checked independently by the customer.
  • AMD German Center is not liable for disadvantages arising from incorrect information.

7. Data Protection

In accordance with our Privacy Policy (see “Privacy Policy” on this website).

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

  • Lebanese law
  • Place of jurisdiction: Saida (Sidon), Lebanon

9. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
